Overview of product
The System Sensor DNR Air Duct Smoke Detector is a photoelectric smoke detector designed to detect smoke in air duct systems. It uses efficient housing design and photoelectric technology to sample air passing through the duct and detect developing hazardous conditions. The detector initiates an alarm signal at the fire control panel monitoring it when sufficient smoke is detected, and appropriate action can be taken to manage toxic smoke and fire gases throughout the areas served by the duct system. The detector also features a sensor cover tamper feature that provides a trouble signal if the cover is removed or improperly installed. The DNR provides a remote alarm output for use with auxiliary devices and has local visible indication LEDs when programmed with the system control panel.
